Organisation ID

Take note

The field Organisation ID is a unique identification of a participating organisation, and it cannot be assigned to another organisation within the same project.

This unique identification will be automatically filled in, when adding or editing an organisation in the Participating organisation section, but it can be amended. The field is mandatory and must be filled in.

Take note

For KA151, KA152, KA153, KA154, KA155 and ESC51 the field is read-only.

Other organisation number

The same field is called Other organisation number in KA121 and KA122 beneficiary projects. A tooltip is displayed for the field, providing additional context. Hover over the (info) to view the details. 

Like for the other key actions, it will be automatically filled in, when adding or editing an organisation in the Participating organisation section in a KA121 or KA122 project, and it can be amended. The field is mandatory.

The Other organisation number must be unique and it cannot be assigned to another organisation within the same project.
